Delivery timeframe

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after the order is confirmed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our control.

Order processing and tracking

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address used during checkout. When tracking is available, it will be sent by email. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact support@realdealsempire.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, email support@realdealsempire.com with your order number. For damaged deliveries, include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide next steps.
